This month,the National Casting and Forging Machinery Quality Supervision & Inspection Center tested our shot blasting machines through 11 items including tumble belt type,overhead rail type,rotary table type,trolley type,circle type,rollgang pass through type,hangering chains pass through type,wire mesh belt type,stepping type,stacking type,drum type and blasting machines special for the banding steel,wire rods,anchor chain,steel pipe,gas bottle,nonferrous metal and so on.The result is our products all reach the standard of JB/T8355-96,the general technical specifications for shot blasting equipment and JB10144-1999,the safety requirements of the shot blasting(peening)equipment.This testing items include 11 items such as preventing protecting measures,impeller body's static balance moment of force,precision,flux difference between leaf blade,safety requirement of the eletrical control system,loading examination, and hardness and differential value wear-resisting degree and their 54 brunches.The Center has given credit for our products' quality,and signed the inspection report.
