Preservation lines are used for pre- and final coating for large steel sheets, tubes and round bars, angle bars T beams C beams L beams and I-beams.
The main area of application is coating parts with a welding primer for temporary corrosion protection. A preservation line usually consists of specially engineered conveyor systems,a pre-heater, a roller conveyor shot blast machine, an automatic paint spray system and a subsequent dryer. Depending on the customer requirements, different types of conveyor systems may be used, such as roller conveyors, chain or slat conveyors, crossconveyors,etc. The entire line is totally engineered around the specific application and size and geometry of the parts.
The pre-heater, in connection with a blow-off unit,allows the processing of parts which are stored outside and may be covered with moisture or even snow or ice. Pre-heating the parts prevents moisture from contaminating the steel media and it reduces the drying time after coating the parts with a primer. The primer, which is sprayed onto the parts by the fully automatic painting system, is dried in a dryer located behind the painting system. Therefore, the treated parts are immediately available for the next manufacturing step without any delay.
Shot blast systems
The roller conveyor shot blast systems are an essential part of the overall preservation line. The parts (large steel sheets, tubes and round bars, angle bars and I-beams) travel on a roller conveyor through the pre-heater chamber,the blast chamber and a blow-off/brush-off station. The high performance blast wheels mounted to the machine housingensure all-round and reproducible blast coverage of the parts, while providing an optimal preparation of the parts surface for the subsequent primer coating and transport speed.
1 Material
Whether covered with rust or scale, whether processing sheet metal, profiles, tubes or welding constructions, whether large or small.
2 Transport Systems
e.g. roller conveyors, chain (slat) conveyors, conveyors for the painting section, cross conveyors (lift and go), fork conveyors, shuttle conveyors,drives and controls for automatic conveyor lines, parts turning and collecting systems for welding constructions and tubes.
3 Blow-off Station
Blow off systems are utilized to remove moisture for example water puddles and loose debris from the material to be processed.
4 Pre-Heater
Heat is good against ice, cold and wetness. It prevents moisture from getting into the blast media. And it shortens the drying time after painting. The preheater brings the material up to painting temperature, thus facilitating the shot blast and paint process. Processing times are greatly reduced!
5 Shotblasting Machines
Rust and scale disappear in no time! The shot blast machine makes sure that the parts are cleaned to customer specifications.
6 Patented Painting Lines
Intelligent material scan systems minimize overspray. The special rotary brush pre-cleaner reduces the dust load in the dust collector by 60-80% Paint Supply e.g. airless or air atomizing systems,container or drum exhaust plants, paint heaters, mixing and distribution systems for 2K, solvent or water-based paints and coating materials, paint storage rooms according to WHG.
7 Paint Dryer
The drying takes place on a continuous basis in many variations:In front or behind the paint booth, heated by gas, oil or electric, with special overspray extraction zones and cooling zones. Floor suction systems and moveable dryers. The length of the dryer depends on type of paint, thickness of the paint layer
8 Paint Treatment
This system contains the dry and the wet paint processing mode. Upper air emissions after the processing, the density of the tritan organic solution reaches the national environmental protection emission standard.
9 Electric System
The PLC programmable controller contains manual and automatic mode. This system is equipped with the central control room, the electrically control cabinet, the control table, branch control table and the branch control box, the control bench is equipped with the simulation screen to be possible to demonstrate the active status of the entire line.It is advantageous in observing and controlling the entire line and raises the working efficiency.
